	Vessel in the form of an Alpaca Inca, Peru Wood 13th-15th century L: 3 in. (7.62 cm), H: 1.5 in. (3.81 cm), W: 1 in. (2.54 cm) Offering containers, such as this one, in the form of an alpaca were filled with a mixture of alpaca fat and blood and placed in pastures to insure fertility in the herd.
